Commercial Video Terms & Conditions

• 'news’ sites refers and includes any of the websites within the Surrey & Berkshire Media (S&B Media) and Trinity Mirror Southern (TMS) network. Full list available here (scroll down to ‘Southern’) http://www.trinitymirror.com/our-portfolio/regionals/index-of-digital-sites/regionals-index/
• Additional sets of amendments will be charged at £50 + VAT per set
• Amendments can only be made to a video whilst it is in production, we cannot make amendments to a video once it has been published and final approval given by the customer
• An MPU advert is 300 pixels by 250 pixels in size, this advert will link to your video
• Additional MPU’s can be purchased at a cost of £100 per 10,000 impressions
• All adverts will include a S&B Media or TMS production credit
• Customers have the right to embed the video on their own website and related media platforms, as well as uploading a version to their own video platform, provided the S&B Media or TMS production credit remains
• All videos be a maximum 90 seconds in length unless prior creative agreement with S&B Media or TMS
• Additional charges maybe relevant for ‘unique’ background music. We have a catalogue of free music available
• Additional charges maybe relevant if a voiceover artist is required
